Liberty Development Corporation knows that your personal information is important to you. Liberty is committed to your privacy rights. In keeping with our goal, our privacy policy outlines the practices of Liberty for the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information.

What Information Does Liberty Collect and Its Use

Individuals provide personal and non-personal information to Liberty voluntarily online or offline through registration forms, surveys, questionnaires and transaction documents (i.e. agreements of purchase and sale).

The personal information that we collect typically consists of your name, address, phone number and e-mail. Non-personal information does not identify you as an individual. For example, we may ask for your preference in suite size or amenities to assist us in better developing our products to meet your needs. Your postal code is also an example of non-personal information that does not identify you as an individual, which assists us with our targeted advertising for upcoming projects.

Liberty uses personal information that it collects for different purposes including but not limited to:

  • To fulfill requests for products, services or other information;
  • To offer new products and service s that might be of interest to individuals;
  • To process and complete transactions with Liberty customers;
  • To administer promotions;
  • To communicate with individuals; and
  • To disseminate promotional information.

By completing our registration form for our projects or signing registration agreements, you expressly provide your consent to receive electronic messages from Liberty Development Corporation, retroactively, today and in the future and for any Liberty Development Corporation projects. All Liberty Loyalty Card Holders, who have received a Liberty Loyalty card, agree to the rules & regulations of the Loyalty Program and the privacy policy detailed on this page. Any personal information collected shall be used for the purposes listed in the Liberty Development privacy policy, as well as for purposes to run and administer this Liberty Loyalty program. Discloser of Personal Information

Liberty does not sell your personal information. However, we may share your personal information with third parties acting on our behalf as permitted by law including but not limited to the following circumstances:

  • Disclosure required by law such as under a subpoena or warrant, to comply with rules of court or to legal counsel;
  • We have reasonable grounds to believe that such information could be used in the investigation of unlawful activity;
  • You have given us consent to disclose the information; and
  • Disclosure to third parties (i.e. advisors, promotional and marketing agencies), affiliated and associated persons and companies for the purposes outlined above.

Please note that such persons are prohibited from using our information except as stated above.

Liberty would also like to remind individuals that any information transmitted to Liberty over the internet may be intercepted by third parties. Liberty assumes no responsibility or liability for such interception or use of information transmitted over the internet.

When you click on one of those links, Liberty has no responsibility or liability for or control over those other web sites or internet resources or their collection, use and disclosure of personal information. When Information is Removed

Liberty keeps your information for as long as it is required for the purposes stated above and for a reasonable time thereafter or to meet any legal requirements. If and when your information is no longer needed, we either destroy it or we remove your personally identifiable information.

Personal Information is Your Choice

You may choose not to provide us with any of your personal information. Liberty collects and uses your personal information only with your expressed or implied consent.
